Evidence
An answer about a current policy should cite the synthetic document that supports it.
Permissions
A person without access to a restricted document should not receive its contents, directly or in summary.
Abstention
If no sufficient source exists, the assistant should say so instead of inventing a number.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Architecture follows the case, not the slogan.
An external API may be right for one project; another may need tighter control over data, infrastructure or operations. The choice depends on constraints, total cost and who will run the system.

Which cloud, owned-environment or private deployment options fit the work.
Operations and review
How failures are observed, changes evaluated and permissions maintained.
